Slack Integration

Where the team already is

Alerts land in the channel that owns the problem, and staff can file a report with a slash command without switching tools.

Another tab nobody opens

A dashboard only works if people log into it. In practice, teams live in one or two tools all day, and anything requiring a separate login gets checked on Monday — which is no use for a complaint that needed answering on Saturday.

Pushing feedback into the channel a team already watches removes that gap. It also makes response collective: the whole channel sees the issue arrive, so it is far harder for it to sit unnoticed.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect the workspace

Authorise the app once from your settings.

  2. 2

    Choose the channels

Set a default channel, and point individual forms at their own where a team owns a specific area.

  3. 3

    Pick what triggers a message

New submissions, status changes and new messages can each be switched on or off.

  4. 4

    Staff can report from Slack

A slash command lets employees file a report without leaving the conversation they are already in.

What it does

Per-form channel routing

Housekeeping feedback into the housekeeping channel, maintenance into maintenance — instead of everything into one firehose.

Three notification types

New report, status change and new message, each toggled independently so the channel stays useful rather than noisy.

Slash command reporting

Staff raise reports from Slack directly, which is what gets internal issues logged at all.

Channel list from your workspace

Channels are read from Slack, so you pick from the real list rather than typing names.

Disconnect cleanly

Revoke access from settings at any time.

Works well when

  • Your team runs on Slack and will not check another dashboard
  • Different channels own different kinds of problem
  • You want staff to report issues as easily as customers do

Common questions

Do all alerts go to one channel?+

Can staff submit reports from Slack?+

Yes, with a slash command — useful for internal issues that would otherwise never be written down.

Which plans include it?+

Slack is available from the Professional plan upwards.
