Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

Every paid plan begins with a free trial. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends at no cost. If you do not cancel, your subscription continues and your payment method is charged for the first billing period.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings, or by emailing support@formulatiq.com. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and it is not renewed afterwards. We do not charge cancellation fees.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the period ahead and are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Because the service is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time after a billing period has started.

If you were charged in error, charged after a timely cancellation, or experienced a material service failure, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original card or payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

5. VAT invoices

Business customers in Armenia receive a VAT invoice (հաշիվ-ապրանքագիր) for each payment so that input VAT can be reclaimed. Request an invoice at business@formulatiq.com.
