Multilingual Forms

Every guest answers in their own language

Seven languages including full right-to-left Arabic, with automatic translation so you write the form once.

The feedback you never hear

An English-only form silently filters your responses down to guests comfortable writing in English. In hospitality that is a serious distortion: the segment most likely to have had a confusing or frustrating stay — people navigating an unfamiliar country and language — is exactly the segment least likely to fill in your form.

Maintaining separate forms per language is the usual answer, and it collapses the moment you edit a question and have to remember to update six other copies. Translating once, from one source, is the only version of this that survives contact with real operations.

How it works

  1. 1

    Write the form once

Build it in English — questions, options, thank-you page and all.

  2. 2

    Translation runs on save

The form is translated into the other six locales automatically, including every choice option.

  3. 3

    Adjust anything you want

Translations are stored per language and can be edited, so a term of art can be corrected without touching the rest.

  4. 4

    The guest picks their language

A language selector sits on the form. Arabic switches the whole layout to right-to-left.

What is covered

Seven languages

English, German, Spanish, Russian, Armenian, Arabic and Chinese.

Right-to-left support

Arabic flips the layout direction rather than merely swapping the words, which is the difference between a translated form and a usable one.

Everything translates

Title, description, every field label, every choice option, and the success page — not just the headline.

Automatic, then editable

Machine translation gives you a complete form immediately; each language is stored separately so you can refine wording where it matters.

Answers stay comparable

Choice answers are recorded against the original option, so responses in different languages still group together in analytics.

Works well when

  • Your customers arrive from several countries
  • You suspect non-English speakers are under-represented in your feedback
  • Maintaining a form per language has become unmanageable
  • You need Arabic done properly rather than bolted on

Common questions

Which languages are supported?+

English, German, Spanish, Russian, Armenian, Arabic and Chinese.

Can I correct an automatic translation?+

Yes. Each language is stored separately, so you can edit any wording without affecting the others.

How does a guest choose their language?+

A selector on the form itself. The choice applies to that visitor only and does not affect anyone else.

Can I still compare answers across languages?+

Yes. Choice answers resolve back to the original option, so a response given in Arabic and one given in German group together in reporting.
