Breadth against depth
These tools are not competing for the same buyer, even though they appear in the same searches. Zonka is built to reach customers wherever they are — seven collection channels and an integration list long enough that it can sit inside an existing CRM-led operation. That is a real advantage, and Formulatiq does not match it.
Formulatiq assumes something different: your customer is physically in front of you. A QR code on the table reaches them at the moment the experience is happening, which is both cheaper and better timed than an email two days later. That assumption is why the QR side is so much deeper — six dot styles, twenty-three frames, a centre logo, your own call to action on the frame, and source tracking per scan.
What happens after a bad response
Collecting feedback is the easy half. Zonka alerts you in real time, which is the right first step. Formulatiq goes further into the workflow: rules that assign the item to a person or pool by form, department and priority; separate first-response and resolution targets with escalation named in advance; internal comments kept apart from correspondence; and a full activity log.
If your team is small enough that an alert is sufficient, that machinery is overhead you do not need. If items currently go unanswered because ownership is unclear, it is the difference between knowing about a problem and closing it.
